A Centre Built for Access

Autism awareness is not enough. Families need trained, practical support.

Many Jamaican families know something is different before they know where to turn. JBNC exists to make autism, behaviour, communication, sensory needs, and school inclusion easier to understand and easier to act on.

The centre's work begins with parent coaching, school consultation, and professional training, then grows through partnerships with local educators, clinicians, churches, and community organizations.

Professional Foundation

Clinical judgment, cultural humility, and practical training.

JBNC is designed around a simple idea: support works best when the adults around a child understand what is happening, share the same language, and have strategies they can use consistently at home, school, and in the community.

  • Individualized behaviour programs designed around real family routines.
  • Parent and teacher coaching grounded in more than ten years of direct autism experience.
  • Training that helps families, schools, and communities respond with confidence.

Family-Led

Built by a professional who also understands family life.

JBNC is rooted in both professional training and lived family commitment. Rashene Salmon and her family are part of the reason this work is being built with patience, care, and respect for what families carry every day.
